24vc VPN Connection?
 

Is anyone experiencing problems this afternoon with connecting to there VPN with 24vc?

I have put in a support ticket for the website but as yet they haven't updated me and I really need to get on.

I get the following area:

L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.

I have 're-inputted' all the VPN details and followed each step and still I can't get in. Is anyone else having a problem?

Does anyone have any advise as to what I can do?

I would do as you have done put in a support ticket and wait, could message 123 here in the forum as well, that forum member will get back to you reasonably quickly with if they know anything. May just be you have to wait, very rare anything like this happens with them.

Many thanks for your help Rosie, I think its going to be a waiting game.

I have done everything I can think of,re-start of internet and laptop etc-plus I have even checked and re-inputted the VPN connection details.

The 123 forum you mentioned where can I find that one?

Yes as EbayorBust says, 123 is a member of this forum, just go to the marketplace or accounts for sale section.

Blondie - keep trying to connect. I get the same error message sometimes on some of my VPN's. Sometimes I will have to attempt a connection over 100 times before I'm actually able to connect.

I'm having exactly the same issue :-( really need to get it sorted.

I've opened a support ticket but no response as of yet.

Could you let me know if you resolve the issue and if I can do anything to get connected please

Hi guys, the issue was with a few of our UK dedicated servers having trouble obtaining the network tower's signal, but its already been resolved.
