Can anyone recommend a affordable monthly VPS in the US
 

Hello, I'm new and decided to go with either a VPS or VPN (if i can find one not detected or suspected as a proxy & within 50 miles of my address & static). Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm in the US (NJ to be exact) I thank you and look forward to hearing from y'all soon.

Welcome to the forums OP.

Alternatively, you can also look at dongle and cellphone tethering - if that "50 miles within your address" is not an issue)....

Otherwise, 24vc is well trusted on the forums

Your IP does not need to be within 50 miles of your address. So long as it is within the same country, it is usually fine.

Have you thought of other options? Cellphone, mifi, tethering ....

Yes I have thought of it, My understanding is that eBay will see new IP every time I log in and it could be blacklisted, plus i just dont have a strong enough understanding on how to set it up. I'm getting a new laptop tomorrow afternoon and would love to use these techniques to gain fresh IP's. How much would it cost me? Would I be good with a VPN from 24vc?

24vc offer fine services.

ebay/paypal understand that IPs can be dynamic. That means they change when used.

Your account needs its cookies etc to ID to both companies. Usually there are no issues woth dynamic IPs. Food for thought there.
