Inkfrog Renew Token Problem
 

Inkfrog needs to renew the token on my accounts with Ebay. So I login from each stealth user in my PC to renew the token and get Ebay wants to confirm the account by phone. Since I no longer have access to that phone, I call them so they can give me the code to verify my account. The rep from Ebay tells me that the only way to confirm my account is thru the phone number on my account. If I have no access to that account, I just need to make a new Ebay account.

I can still login and use the Ebay account, but there is no way to renew the Inkfrog token. Never happened this before, not sure what's wrong.

Is there an alternative to Inkfrog? Seems it's the end of the road for me and Inkfrog! :-(

Have you tried updating the phone number on ebay with one you have access to, and then sending the verification code to that phone?
Make sure that phone number was not previously used on ebay.

That's exactly what I want to do, but I can't find the option. In account I can change email address but no phone number.

If I am not mistakes, I think the phone numbers are located within the addresses themselves, so when you edit the address, you can also change the phone number as well.
