event failure "Not posted in time"
 

I keep getting this "Not posted in time" failure when I try to list with Auctiva.
I do not know what I am doing wrong.
Sometimes it posts, but many many times I have gotten the Not posted in time error. And then it says it is retrying for 30 minutes, but it never gets posted. This has happened many different days now. I get this error more often than not when trying to post a listing. Very frustrated. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am just trying to post a regular 7 day auction.

I have not had this problem but I have read that other people have. Try saving the listing in auctiva refresh and post again.

I am now having this problem 100% of the time for all my ebay accounts.
I do not understand what I could possibly doing wrong.
I get the same error every single time.

I tried siashay's advise, and made a listing and saved it. Then I went to saved listings and posted it. I get the message that the item is being posted to ebay....
But then a minute later I get the event failure "Not posted in time"

Does this happen to anyone else?? I'm ready to give up on Auctiva.

I get that error maybe 1 out of 100 times I post a item.
I am not worried about the error.

What browser are you using? I ask this is because with safari I have some issues I don't have when using firefox such as the full size editor and my picture upload time..

If you use a Mac then you MUST use FireFox to have usable access when inside the Auctiva site.
Safari has a few pitfalls, it causes errors inside of eBay & inside of Auctiva.

Safari needs a update in a bad way...
