Is shipstation down?
 

Can't print a label. I'm getting this error message:

Server was unable to process request. ---> A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.) ---> The wait operation timed out

It was down for about 30 minutes at around 1:09 pm pacific time. I emailed them and they told me that stamps.com server was having issues. Solved in like 30 mins. But I was like, hey! I need to print this label here! Wtf?

That would have been 39 minutes after we got done shipping today. End of day did not close out correctly on stamps though. Makes sense you had problems.

Well, got another problem now, when I want to create a label it says that my stamps.com account cannot be authenticated. Anyone having problems now? I know all my stuff is updated. Credit card numbers all ok. No email from stamps.com saying my account was suspended.

Did you try calling stamps.com? Happened to me once and it turned out there was an issue with my account. I forget what it was, nothing serious, some kind of technical issue on their end if i remember correctly. They were able to fix it for me.
