Inkfrog for Amazon and eBay messages any suggetion

Any one using inkfrog software for multiple Ebay and Amazon accounts for the messages.
Is it safe to use steal the ebay and Amazon.
Ho to manage ebay Retures and claims
Please advice.

I've heard of people having issues with Inkfrog on eBay and Amazon

Personally I would avoid it if possible.

But then again I know people that use them for both.

Search the aspkin forums and form your own opinion :)

When answering messages with Inkfrog Open does the buyer see the name on the email acct or just@inkfrogOpen email, thanks

It gets routed through ebay's messaging system, so its almost as if you logged into ebay and replied to the message, in other words buyer doesn't see such email addresses.

Have you ever used it for basic return answers with a pile of other accounts nearby?
