software to answer msgs

whats the best tool to answer customer msgs when having multipe accounts? I have tired xselco fusion but its quite confusing and doesnt have full functionality

You can use Inkfrog to reply to messages.

Thunderbird/Inkfrog are a cool way to do it - if your on a computer.
