Link Ebay to other Paypal account
 

Hi guys !
I have an ebay account linked to a paypal account (Stealth Accounts) , and i has used that ebay to redeem ebay gift card , then i had bought some items . And my paypal account has been Limit ...ebay acc still fine
My ebay gift card still have balance in it , and I want to use remaining gift card amount .
So i has removed the paypal account , and now ...
Should i Link another paypal account with high trust , but not same name , add, ...etc (can't verify by phone :( )
or should i create a new paypal account with full info same in Ebay account ?
to use my remaining gift card amount again ?
