Which Email Service To Use For New Stealth Acct?

Just finished reading the stealth guide yesterday, and I have complied a TON of questions I am trying to get answered, before I create my first account...

Regarding which email account service to use for stealth...what is the most recommended? Still Gmail as guide states? Thanks.

Nearly all the accounts I've purchased or made myself were done with Gmail accounts. I have one with a hotmail address.

I use gmail exclusively. Its just a matter of convenience.
But there is no reason not to use other services as well.
