Yes it's logical that the cheapest VPN will have the dirtiest ip addresses.

Is it really worth taking a chance to only save $130 over the course of 2 years?

The best VPN's only cost $10. month when purchased on a yearly plan.

Money and cost aside, you have to put a stealth account on that VPN and may find out, after 6 or 10 months that has been linked to someonelse and shut down.
