I'm about to buy a ebay and paypal account so I can start selling again after years of being away. Are there any tips you guys can give me? I read the stealth guide but it expired.

Are you looking for hints for buying the account or for managing it?

The only safe place to buy an account in here is the marketplace

For managing the account, when you have it, the stealth guide is telling more or less all you should know. Even if expired the "basics" are always valid.

Follow the forum, or open new threads and ask question in it, for further help.

I guess op means his access to Stealth Guide has expired. It has to be read online now.
