Please advise
 

I have a newish account that was MC011 (no volume then $11k and 18K over last two months; can still sell, but not make new listings). I've submitted docs and hope it'll work out, as I have real invoices from actual manufacturer of the products sold.

I'm using Opera browser with a SurfEasy VPN extension for the currently restricted account. I'm about to open another account under a relative's name, and I plan to use same computer, but a Vivaldi browser with a TunnelBear VPN extension.

My question is this: is my new account safe, or do I need a VPS? Thanks for your input

What is MC011 notice? I am not familiar with that one.

Also, you can't jump from no sales to $11K and $18K without
drawing suspicion to your account. If you have real invoices
from real companies then you need to call ebay and talk to
someone over the phone so you can get your account restated.
Try seller limits first. That's usually someone in the US.
What are you selling?

I've already submitted all of the docs. Waiting on eBay. Had to call to have "department that answers phones" to email "department that doesn't" to expedite the review process

MC011 is:

A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).


No listings of mine were pulled though. Do you know the answer to my original question though?
