just wonder if Paypal have access to ebay account , can verify //check all personal info on my EBAY account ??

Just make the info identical on eBay/Paypal and you are good!

He's right. And at this point you should just assume they share all info, regardless of what the 2 companies say.

Yeah, even though they are now "separate" companies, their interests are still very much aligned, and I suggest to go by the assumption that they share as much info as ever. If a discrepancy between the two is a flag or risk to them, then I'm sure they still check for it.

They are only different companies for financial reasons.

Preferable to continue to think they share more than we would like.
