Ebay Banned- Paypal in good standing
 

I would like to make a new Ebay account and of course I will follow the "stealth" guidelines. New IP address, new physical address, new email, phone number...etc. My Paypal account is in good standing. Ebay and Paypal are separate companies again. Can I use the same Paypal account? I would change the Paypal email if that would help. Has anyone actually tried that with success? Is it a bad idea? What if I upgrade the Paypal to a business account?

No you cannot... or better you can but accounts will be linked and the new eBay will go down sooner or later.

If as you said you should know that accounts goes in pair and shall not be "recycled". PayPal and eBay are different companies on paper but they are still sharing informations.

You have to start fresh with a new pair of accounts or, as stealths suggests, more than one pair in order to spread sales and be covered in case another account goes down :thumb:

Upgrading will NOT help. It will go down sooner or later.Not worth the time to spend.
