ebay stealth account made with iPhone?
 

Hello I'm new.

Wanting some information.
I only have one device, I've heard of tethering but I do not have another iPhone to make a hotspot.

I have a PC and will be changing my ip and subnet mask, is subnet even important. Could I also tether from my PC

I'm wanting to make a stealth account from my iPhone device, switching on and off airplane mode will change my ip, but will it be enough. Would I have to clear cookies etc and delete my saved passwords on my device, I will use a I know browser app on my phone to make a new account, I also get a verification email, what should I do about it. I'll like someone's knowledge about making stealth accounts from their iPhone, I don't have any other devices to tether and use a hotspot for this current device, is it as simple as airplane mode off and on for me to make a new up for eBay?
