eBay and PayPal tracking for internationals
 

Hello everybody
I am so happy I found this forum
Dear friends here is my question

I am from Armenia.I have long and successful selling history on Amazon.
In our country PayPal is limited so we cannot sell on eBay.
I have relatives in US who can open US PayPal account for me.
I want to use VPS or VDS with US IP for that.(with clean (no eBay PayPal history)notebook)
But my internet provider is local.
Is it a problem??? Can they determine my location by Internet provider???

You would need to look at using a decent VPN

Yes, location can be determined by internet provider. If you check out the Marketplace here, there are sales of IP services
