Best Way for Clean IP's?
 

Hi, until recently I've been using separate firefox mobile accounts for my stealth accounts on my laptop and using free wifi networks nearby rather than my homes broadband network (which I use for my buying account).

However, I've recently moved home and there are no free wifi networks available. Are any of the browsers with with masked IP (e.g. Tor) reliable on their own or do I need to constantly disconnect from my home broadband, reconnect and then do the logging of IP's each time I want to log in to my stealth account? I only really have one stealth account that I use most of the time.

Dude, you buy a PAYG data sim, 3 network for example, you can use a dongle, put it in a Mifi, or tether with your phone. Viola, every time you connect you get a fresh IP

Using TOR will instantly flag and burn your account, 100%. TOR is only for anonymity, not assuming a profile/persona. Sites ,like Ebay, pp, etc see TOR connections as entirely hostile/fraudulent.

Your best option is a prepaid hotspot. Expect a minimum $40 a month for the plan, 30-100 for the device. Verizon, tracfone, T-mobile, att, H2O, just about any carrier have prepaid hotspot devices and data plans.
