I have VM's for my 2 ebay accounts right now. I have do not track on the browsers I use on those accounts. Is there anyway for ebay to see that I logged into a gmail account that was linked to a banned ebay account via cookies or some such (with never opening an ebay email and def not clicking on any links in one)? Or that I visited other websites like this one or Ipburger?

Is it too paranoid to use a separate browser for such activity that isn't the one I use to log into ebay and paypal stealth accounts?

They do not have any way of seeing your browsing history.
