As far as account metrics, when you set your shipping to "Same business day", does it count it as shipped when you print a label and upload the tracking number?

Or does it count when it is SCANNED IN at the post office?



Hopefully this makes sense.

It counts when you upload tracking into eBay or PayPal.

if your package does not scan at your post office on the same day it will be marked as a late shipment.

There is a different metric for uploaded tracking on time. If you decide to do same day shipping which is something ive done in the past to gain TRS, make sure you either wait in line at the post office or print an end of the day report in shipstation and have your postal worker scan that form.

All it takes is one day with your postal workers not scanning to mess up your top rated metrics.

Top rated is almost not worth it with the discount reduced from 20% to 10%
