| No, that would be pointless if you get the same IP, it's like getting into a different car drunk when you just got out of your old car....your still drunk.
IF your internet provider allows for IP changing then that's one route but if it doesn't then you need to find a different way to get an IP. There's Mifi (Dongle), Dialup, VPN, Proxy, Modem swap.
