VPN question

If a VPN throws up a new ip and location everytime you log on, wont ebay see that and flag the account?

I was going to sign up, and I read that it switches your ip location around.
Maybe I'm not understanding, but I have an account ready to go, and I don't wont to get booted before I start..

What VPN are you referring to? Having a different ip every time you log on is not a problem.

Here is my situation. I have a static line. I also do not want to do dial up.

So I was thinking of geting VPN. I have 2 good ebay accounts that I just got set up and I dont want to lose them. I was either going to use strong VPN or Black Logic.

My second question, and VERY important is, if it throws up different ip's all the time, could I use 1 VPN for both of my ebay accounts?

Any advice would be appreciated, as I want to take the plunge tonight..

^^^Use Dialup. Although VPNs are being used, the forum is having too many reports of accounts being suspended. It have never been a strong recommendation to use vpn because ebay seems to detect them & thus an account can be lost.

or I could use AOL? Would that be possible, and if it is, could I use the same aol account for both of my ebay accounts..?
