The question is simple - can ebay/paypal track you by email in any way?
In this case I would be using gmail app on my iphone to get instant notifications to my accounts.
Even if the images accidentally load, your still safe because as per Google policy, all external images are routed through internal proxy servers to prevent senders from getting access to sensitive details such as your IP etc.
Of course still a good idea to keep images disabled.
Other than that, your fine.

I have come across different statements in this forum, so I need to clarify that:
Can PP see the name of the card?
If I have a possibility to get unlimited amount of VCC under my real name (in that way address is mine as well), can I use those VCCs to confirm my stealth paypal accounts?
I can tell you for certain they can't see the name on the card. I process payments on one account with a merchant account so I've learned what info any merchant can see when you use a card. Check out the following screenshot to see exactly what info any merchant sees about you when you use a card:
Edit: To answer your question about confirming your accounts, I'm not sure that would work unless you can set a different billing address for each VCC. Your billing address is checked by AVS so each card would need to registered in the same area as the Paypal you're trying to confirm.

That's some nice information, thank you!
What do you mean by area? If it is a country, then I should be okay, since the VCCs address would be lithuanian and the accounts are also lithuanian
Honestly I'm not sure about how in-depth address verification works for a country such as Lithuania. Our account accepts payments from international customers who's country doesn't support AVS - so some countries don't do AVS at all.
In USA when we make stealth Paypal accounts, we have to make sure the card's billing zip code matches the zip code on the Paypal account. This is how you "confirm" a USA Paypal address. I would assume in Lithuania your card would need to have the same postal code as your Paypal account though I can't say for certain. Might be better to wait and see if anyone from Lithuania responds to your post.

That is what I was thinking. I really doubt that they have such a big database so they could see those postal codes in countries such as Lithuania.
Anyway, I guess the only way is to try myself. I guess I can try to create a new account and not verify anything except try to confirm the card, can't I?

Exactly what I would do. I'm sure it wouldn't be too much of an investment for you to try it out!

I will try it and let you know the outcome.
By the way, I just remembered that I had added Bank of Scotland card to my paypal account, which was registered in Lithuania and it was not an issue back then. I had even added a Wells Fargo card, which billing address was in the US to the same paypal account (lithuanian one), so I guess it should work!
The card's billing address differed from stealth account's billing address and I got an error stating that they were unable to confirm the billing address.
Fortunately, I was able to change the VCC's billing address and confirmed the account with that VCC.
Did I receive any flag or pose any risk at the time when I got an error regarding that billing address? Is this account in danger because of this now?
