question about using eBay product photo in Google Doc
 

Hi
So I have a setup with Google Sheet which my assistant has access to, and this doc has the shipping to address, product name, tracking info etc.

It is important to note that her PC IP associated to a banned eBay account.

And now I want to add a photo to it so she can find the item easily. Can I just use my eBay photo?

For this first one, just to be safe, I took a photo of my eBay listing and cropped the product photo, and put that into the Google Sheet...but obviously doing it this way is too complicated and a timer waster.

BTW, as a general rule, can I put my eBay listing photos into a google doc/google sheet?

Yes you can. Zero linking risk since you'd be hosting the photo with Google, who shares no customer data with eB/PP.

Other sellers steal my pictures/descriptions all the time and I've never been linked to one of their accounts. I can say with confidence they don't link accounts by common photos alone.
