Does PayPal can link your account from buying outside the eBay?
 

Hi,
I own 6 accounts which I maintenance daily,
I use Firefox portable for each accouny by the book to keep my cookies separated.
Lately I notice that I just did a major mistake by having 2 Firefox browsers active and I bought item on site which is NOT eBay,meanwhile I was logged into eBay on other Firefox portable and both of them had the same ip(I use phone tethering).
Will this have something about linking account?(I used pp to buy on one account and was logged into other account on eBay we both had the same ip for couple of minutes)

You can only be linked if you had both Firefox opened and both were on ebay or PayPal at the same time. You should be fine.

Also watch out for the same IP address

Yea this would be the main thing to watch out for if 2 browsers are open at the same time

How would EB track that you were on another site buying stuff?

Keep in mind the other guy's comments, though.
