I am searching a good method to nuke my PC, I want to start a new Ebay account with limited risks.
What is the best method to delete all my PC?

Well if your determined to delete everything you would need to format your hard drive and start fresh, reinstall Windows from scratch.

'Nuking' your computer is unnecessary.
