this doesn't answer the question though. just what information whoer collects

they have the usual. IP, cookies..

but use whoer and select the extended version it will give extra details what is included in your fingerprint

like your screen size etc

Not a lot it would be too hard to keep track of everything and way too many to try and link that way. try and use same ip and obviously keep your cookies etc
