Starting Fresh

Hello forum from my understanding every new device thats add to your home wifi has a fresh ip and i just purchased a fresh desktop and im about to buy 2 accounts so my question is as long as i use those accounts on different users on my compter per account i should be safe to start those accounts off?

If the devices are connected to the same network ie. your home network then they would have the same IP address.
