VMware Workstation to VMware Fusion

I am having a little issue with WMware Fusion on my Macbook.

I recently switched over from PC to Apple, and can't figure out how to load my old Tiny7 folder on the WMware Fusion.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Or would I have to create a brand new machine on WMware Fusion & save it on a SSD like previously I was doing on the PC?

I always use Virtualbox, It only need 1GB for 1 Virtual PC and easy for use on Mac + PC

Your VM files from Workstation should be compatible with Fusion, but i don't have any particular experience with this. Look into the VMWare documentation.
