Listed 2 photographs that I made for less then 1$, and one broken Nvidia graphic card for parts or repair price 20$. I thought they'd be considered generic home items. They never made it to appear in the search results from outside the account. Seems like they were placed for approval and few hours later the account was suspended.
- used a variation of my real name, new DOB, new physical address, new phone number, new gmail account
- created new User account
- different IP address by resetting the router. I have a dynamic IP. I was very careful with this and I kept records. Never opened an old account or even checked other emails. However my IP address only changes the last 2-3 digits and the rest is always the same. Example:
xx.xxx.xxx.92
xx.xxx.xxx.201
This is the only thing I can think that might have created a problem.
Paypal still standing, verified with VCC. I had no transcations, so I guess it hasn't been reviewed. I wonder if it can still be saved?
Suspended with a vague message that basically said nothing.
I asked customer support twice, both times they kept saying they couldn't give me the reasons because of the fear that I might override their policy and that suspended members don't have the right to know the reasons. I got the feeling that the problem weren't the items I listed but smth with my account. At first they were willing to help and then a sudden disregard, like a complete loss of respect.
These were the most relevant messages from the conversations:
Thank you for waiting. After checking your account, I can see it was suspended due to several discrepancies in your registration information. Unfortunately, due to the severe nature of the policy breaches on you account, your account cannot be considered for reinstatement. Due to the risk presented to the eBay community by your account, we have determined it is in eBay's best interest to deny your appeal. This means that we will not be reinstating your account.
