Ebay Purchase limit

Hi guys ,
I tried to buy one thing on ebay and i can't proceed because
I got an ebay message that tell me that i exceeded purchase limit.but i never bought in past

New accounts are set at low buying limits. You need to start slow/small with orders to build up credibility with ebay just like a seller account

Have you been bidding on items?

If you have several active bids then you may be prevented from buying other items.

The are limits placed on how much you can bid at once. But you can usually purchase with buy it now with no problems

If you never bought, I thing you have same problem with your ebay account, contact ebay
