a provider provide me with cookies file. How do I extract them and put them on my new computer browser firefox?

Go on google and look up how to import Firefox browser profiles.

You mean one of the sellers in the marketplace in this forum that you bought something from?

I suggest you contact them and ask and tell them to put instructions in their sales to all future customers.

Ask provider to sell you account with firefox portable folder. He can zip this folder and upload. This will be best solution.

There is an import button.

Use that and import the files :)

my guy sent a file to download which I did but did not see an import button

Firstly, what format is the file you downloaded? Have they perhaps compressed it and put it into a winrar/zip file? if so, you'll need to extract before you can import to browser.
