Getting paid with Paypal on Ebay

I was wondering if it's a bad idea to use a Paypal account that has been previously used on a suspended Ebay account on a new Ebay account?

Does changing the e-mail help at all?

This is a bad idea and causes easy linking. Will it go down right away? Likely not - for how long will this last? Maybe a while but can never be 100%

This is not good stealth and you know this.

You can do this but it will most likely be linked and banned within the first few months.

It is a bad idea. It has been linked to a no-good standing account, so most likely if you use it again on a new ebay account, they will notice it and you will still get limitation eventually.
