yeh dongles are fine to use, always check the IP and note it down if you are using the dongle for multiple stealths.

The issue with EE is the IP range can be pretty awful

Three and O2 are both a lot better

But yet you can use it for multiple stealth accounts

should be ok , however sometimes the IP given are repeated! meaning it's possible to that you bump into the same IP even after rebooting the dongle.

therefore, you have to keep track of all our used ips and make sure it wasn't previously used before on another account.

Yes. You can use different SIM cards to generate different IP addresses as well

That would only work with different providers.
