eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Logging into Old Accounts

Hello everyone,

I had a few accounts which I did not use more than a year. I wanted to activate them again. So using the same laptop, same IP address, same OS. In short all my set up seems to be same as one year ago.

But Google somehow says that it does not recognize this device and wants me to confirm my phone number.

Just wondering why Google thinks this is a new device although it isn't? Something am I leaking?

Cookie expired a long time ago.
Try recovering the account but let the bot know you no longer have access to that phone number. You should be asked other questions.

You don't have access to the phone number you used initially? Just wondering for clarity.

Unfortunately no. Still PP asks me to confirm or CHANGE the number when I log in.
Should I just type a new number?

UPDATE:

I tried to enter a new number to Google bu it doesn't accept, gives an "Unsupported number" error.

PP accepted the new number but wasn't able to verify it yet.
