Can you use a new tablet with out VPN to sign into stealth account ?

My laptop broke all I have is a new fire tablet never used Ebay on it will it get linked by using my wifi or is the new IP safe enough?

If you got banned on an IP then you cant use that one again on new ebay accounts, they will get banned. Get a new IP for your new ebay account.

Its a good idea to keep track of your IPs so you know not to use previous ones again.

You could get a fresh IP VPN and not faff around with IPs.
