Help pls with new account and dynamic addressing on router

Hi, I'm a newbie on here. Got suspended from ebay recently and not sure why. Anyway, after getting nowhere with their customer service I need a new account. A relative has volunteered so we have done it in their name, bank, address etc and on their laptop at present. I want to start using it as they have no interest in doing it long-term. I'm on a wireless router with Talktalk and am on dynamic addressing. I have checked a few times on whatismyip and my ip is always completely different. Is this good? Does this mean ebay can't track me easily? I didn't want to log into our lovely new account and get banned! Is there anything else I need to do re the IP or am I ok??
Thanks in advance.

Your IP is fine if it is different.

But you have other issues you need to be aware of especially if you are using the same computer that was used on the suspended account.

Cookies and Flash Objects are among the most important. Best to make a separate user account on your computer to be the safest.

Do yourself a favor and get the Stealth Book to avoid making a mistake regarding other issues.

Don't log into ebay or PP until you've made a new Windows User Account and read the Stealth Guide. You may end up linking your new account to the old one (if you haven't already).

If you still have questions after the guide, come back and ask here. That's what we're for.

Thanks for all your responses. I have read up about the cookies and flash issues and I haven't logged into the new account yet so as not to link it with the old one. I wanted to make sure and sure again that my computer was as clear as it could be to start over. I'll make a new user account and use firefox and give it a go. Thanks and wish me luck!

New windows user, firefox. Clean your system of cookies and whatnot before you add a windows user and before you install firefox. Then when you install firefox, get some addons like noscript, flashblock, and better privacy - for instance.

Good luck. Have fun.
