Is it possible i am being linked because i use windows Vista In French
 

Just thought of this, is ebay and paypal linking me and banning me becuase my vista is in french
my thoughts are,since english version is so common they cant even attept to ban all who use it, but a french one, hmmmmm
whats are the thought on this anyone:suspicious:

if you are listing on ebay Canada,especially Quebec region, surely beaucoup de persones ont vista en Francais..

You would know best how common it is over there..it may be one of the factors, it cannot be the only one, Im fairly sure of that..

i was listing on ebay.com with other provinces, like BC,albeta and ontario
so me thinks thats the way thyre linking me, it just dawned on me today.
i ll only use my other PC then,with english xp.

For that to have a basis, then half of ebay france would be on the forum!
Might it be that vista does not operate like XP so the cookies, flash cookies are still there and link?

Ya aspkin too said that it would have nothing to do with it.more than likley he said its the vpn i use.
as for flash cookies, i change users on my computer, each ebay id and Paypal id, has its own user.

Odds are definitely on the VPN

^^^From the reports about using vpn, it can be troublesome. I mentioned that in your other thread.(I think). Unless it is sole use of the given IP,then maybe troubles.:pout: (Simple version)

ya, gonna do the dial up method for now
tomorrow im going to call my isp and ask for a new router too ( think that will help some?

Sure will. Whatever you can do to break the trail is great for stealth. New router & dial-up should be fine.:peace:

If you are going to use dial up, you don't need to get a new router. Changing the router won't change a thing if you have a static ip address.

If you understand a little about IP addresses and your cable or dsl modem has a page like the one shown below, you can make your own static IP that lets you be just about anywhere in the world - without using a VPN. (unless your provider expressly blocks the feature)

The screenshots are very small. I can't make out much except that looks like the setup page for a DLink router. Can you make NEW screenshots that are bigger and PM to me or send to my email? If you can't find my email, I'll give it to you in PM if you ask.
