Ebay detect IP change in this case?
 

I changed IP. wanting to login another windows user account for Ebay ID_2. But accidently reopened the Ebay main page before switched the window account. It then showed my Ebay ID_1 with 'not you? signed in'.

I then closed the ebay page.:amen:

Has Ebay detected the changed IP and linked account Ebay account 1&2 ? or it only detects the IP change when I click 'log in' or refresh the page?

The ebay computers saw it from the cookie, which is why it showed you logged in. That means you had already logged in wrong at least one time already anyhow. That's 2 logins (in the eyes of their system). Might get linked. Might get lucky.

Change your IP before logging in to ID_2. Use a NEW IP next time you do ID_1 again.

so What I will do is get two brand new IP for both accounts..
