Change IP on an android mobile phone

I've always used mobile phones to work with ebay and paypal. Till now i didnt have any problem with my accounts. New phone, new account, new everything but they were all real info accounts. Now i wanna try stealth accounts but i dont know if it is possible to change the IP on an android phone as i live in europe and the stealth accounts are mostly from US and UK. Couldn't find anything in the guide about phones so i thought maybe someone from forum could know anything about this.

You wouldn't be able to get IP from US or UK unless you had a hotspot/mifi transmitting the IP to your phone (if you're not in those countries). The IP you would get on your regular phone network would be limited to that of the country you're in.

You really want the IP address your using to match the country that the eBay & PayPal are from

If your using a UK account then you want a UK IP, US account then a US IP etc

If you tethering your going to be given a domestic IP which isnt going to be good for non domestic accounts.

Best thing to look at is a VPN

I always use mobile data so i thought there might be a VPN app that can change the IP that carrier gives you.
