Can ebay see addresses and names associated with my paypal account
 

I have a Paypal account registered to another family member that i would like to use to make withdrawing easier. The issue is I have made Ebay accounts that are suspended with the same name and street address as this Paypal account. Does Ebay have access to this information and will they suspend me if they see the address or name registered is the same as a suspended Ebay user?

Care to elaborate? According to eBay they can not see any information on your PayPal just your PayPal email

Paypal and ebay quite openly share info regardless of "separate" company status

Yes thats correct I was testing them on the phone while talking to them and they were able to give me the PayPal transaction ID of a purchase I made on eBay. However I do not see if they can see the full purchase page but lets assume that they can...Well if they can then on that transaction screen it shows your shipping name with your shipping address which is fine because eBay has that information anyway when you purchase something and the only other info they see about you is at the bottom of that transaction page which is the last four of your CC which eBay sees anyway. So technically on that transaction page they are just seeing what they can already see on eBay about you. It still does not give out your full credit card info to eBay or your social. Im just thinking then you should be able to still create another PayPal under yourself with a brand new CC as well as name or new business name and shipping address. I wouldn't think PayPal would hand out your social or your full credit card info to eBay.

if this 'another family member ' PAYPAL acccount is never linked to your suspended Ebay account,I dont think Ebay will bother to see what name and what address,each Paypal account has its unique number,if you go into the account profile etc,you will see some long numbers.
but Ebay is known to suspend family members if one is suspended and the others are linked to him,like using his PC or laptop to access their own account,they figure it is just one person ,then the family members have to call and prove they are not,

Do not link your family member account, it will effect them later with ebay as well, open a stealth paypal account.

In our experience a name or address of a banned account holder is not grounds for a suspension if one or the other however if both a name and address of a banned account holder is on the account be prepared to replace the account.

tbh you run a bigger risk of being banned through triggering a paypal manual review and them finding out you are related to the current paypal account holder.

They will still share information. PP wont limit you for have a suspended eBay though

ebay will look up the ip address used on both accounts. a simple way to avoid that is to create VM Machines and run some VPN when you log in to ebay but for now...

it's too late if you have already been using one location.
