Re: Why a VPN and not a VPS?
After years of experience and going through many hosts for my PP & EB accounts I've come to the conclusion you can pretty much go with damn near any VPS provider with a OpenVZ box for around $12 USD per year with 512MB of ram and a IPv4 to run VPN software on Linux.
Let me know how it goes find a IP that hasnt been used....
You'd save time by ask yourself the question what is IPv6 and why do we have it?
Maybe I should add any VPN with an IP address other than your own is a VPS running VPN software just in case you weren't informed.
One reason for using VPN software over a web browser on a VPS is that VPN software uses less resources with making it less expensive.
The other reason is that running the web browser on a PC at home and using the VPS's IP address through VPN gives you more control over your personal data.
