Gmail enable / disable image

I have in my Gmail app opened an ebay email where the image was enable,
can link to the other accounts? , if I clean the cookies in the phone and or reinstate again Gmail will it fix?

No risk. Google rehosts all images in emails on Gmail proxy servers so you aren't exposing any of your info by having images load.
