New user account...

I do not want to be too needy or come off too newbie, but I did just start this program and am indeed a newb. I am sorry for my newbieness lol.

As I use my windows 10 laptop and I am creating new USERS, when i log in it still has a few of the same applications & programs as my old user ID which I was banned from. I am confused why these programs are following me on my new admin user account as I added it as a non-family member account so I thought it would be separate. I do not expect an answer to this fast and this is not a crazy emergency. Just a little confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again forums I am excited to continue this program and growing and learning here.

I've read somewhere that windows 10 leaks data between user accounts. It's Microsoft's way of grabbing user data as privacy is a thing of the past. Computer gurus please chime in to this thread to confirm or put this tumor to rest. I'm not sure if true, but I wouldn't risk running multiple stealths on a windows 10 PC or laptop. Find a used windows 7 PC or laptop (under $100 these days) for safety. The older, the better as people once valued thier privacy and would be outraged if their computers spied on their behavior, shopping, interests, family,
etc.

Same trouble on MAC. Anyone can give us light about it?
