Problems with linking

So i have tried to make new ebay account but each time it get suspended after few minutes of becoming a seller account

I wanna know guys what is the thing that gets me linking to my previous suspended account

I create Paypal/eBay from fresh new info with new user
i use the same retour
for ip i just turn on and off so i get new ip, could it be the issue?
or could it be my pc? should i use another new pc,

just to you guys now i used to operate two US paypal/ebay account each on different user and ip had no issues

so what is the problem? is it from ip even though i restart my retour and get new ip does it still stay the same?

same router can be used hardware has nothing to do with this

something else is linking you,

item you sell or photos... htlm

address or phone number you use

hard to tell... you have to find out. Read the forum for linking issues or get the stealth guide where stealth method is explained.

No, eBay is suspending new accounts. It is their new security method, they, day after day, ask you for identity verification. What article did you publish before receiving the suspension?

I understand that if you use a user account for ebay and paypal. If I restart the phone in airplane mode, I will get a new IP and I will not have any connection problems. I am right? Someone please confirm me.
