How Do I Give My Virtual Assistants (VA's) Access To My Stealth Accounts?

What's the best approach to setting all this up while still keeping the stealth accounts credentials intact, so that no matter where me or my VA's access the account, it still looks like the same exact person to them.

There's a lot of information on this forum.
Here's what I've gathered so far:

- VMWare Workstation
- VPS / Amazon AWS VPC
- MultiLogin App

What's the simplest, most cost effective, and easily scalable solution?
