Creating an account in Vietnam

Hi members of Apskin,
I already have created eBay and Paypal accounts but haven't done anything yet. I want to learn carefully before proceeding any further, I'm afraid if I don't these accounts will be disabled. So the question I want to ask that does Vietnamese people allow to do business on these platform.

If not, what should I do? Do I have to rent an IP server from USA to run these accounts?

If you created a USA account then you'll definitely need a USA IP from IPBurger.

If you want to create a VN account you'll have to check and see if eBay / PP operates there

The PP is working right now, the eBay on the other hand is not before they did but they now stop the service.

any reason why they stopped ebay there in VN and not paypal?
I guess you would have to go for a country like USA.

I am a Hong Kong seller. I am thinking how can I get my money from PayPal if I am locate in Hong Kong

If it's a USA account, you usually need a bank account from USA.

See if you can find an alternative like Transferwise maybe

You may register Vietnam as a country on ebay.com or any other ebay domains, You do not need to register as in US

You should start you own thread,this is Vietnam,not HK.
bUT if your account is HK,then you can link a HK bank.
if it is US account,then you can only link US bank

Ebay does not have an Ebay vietnam site but Vietnam sellers can sell on Ebay USA,Australia,UK ,
