Why they limite me forever

I sell software online. I open a account for a month and start selling from last week. I put myself in good passion, serve customers good. In 4 days, I sell 1800 USD and last night, I transfer 1500 USD from my account to my bank account. This morning, My Paypal account been limited for permanent. I call them, they tell me my account is in high risk, they won't deal with me anymore. Why, Why, ..............

Is anybody can answer my question about the Tracking:

If I re-install my computer, Is they still going to find me selling staff online. I change the IP address, the question is I don't have a new computer. I just format it, Is that ok for me to login to my new account. THANKS

Never a good idea to transfer more than $500. a day from PayPal.

I suspect they think your volume of sales are to high on a relatively new account.

Might be a good idea to get the Stealth Book if you plan on jumping back on eBay.

I have s question, Please help me to answer it:

I have to wait 180 days for the money, they haven't get my ID faxing to them. Can I still use my ID to open a new PP account. I just change my driver license, My Date of Borth can not be change, but my address is changed. Can I open a new account by that.

No need to format computer if you know how to change, clear and hide things by following the stealth method.

To sell on a new account, don't sell too many and too quickly in a short time especially at the beginning. Control the speed, gradually increase the sale volume. Don't jump in like a giant warehouse. Same rule for the Paypal withdraw.

Your enemy will become a friend and bring you the wealth if you deal with them in the way they like.

I have a stealth account for 6 months and I transfered US 1000 from my paypal to my bank account.... no problem at all....

but I transfer my money very slowly. now US: CAD = 1.06... too low.. so I want to keep them in paypal.

I was only 2 month old and transfer more than 1000.
