Cell phone tethering if phone was previously used
 

Hey guys and girls! New here and eager to learn!

So I'm about to launch my first stealth endeavour, and I am considering the best IP solution for this.
I read on here that the most recommended option is mobile data tethering.
My concern is - when I operated my now suspended account, I used the eBay app and also sometimes logged on the website through my phone while using mobile data.
As far as I can gather, the mobile data IP for my provider is constantly changing, I get a new one every time I engage/disengage flight mode, but I have no idea how large the IP pool is.
Under how large of a risk am I if I were to use my laptop with my mobile hotspot for my new accounts?

use 3g but make sure u turn phone off each time u use it i think
