What is the best ISP?
 

I wanted to know what the best isp would be to change your ip easily and quickly? I currently use clearwire but it uses static ip. I heard some members mention iphone 3g. I appreciate any help.

Welcome to the forum. What I really suggest you do, is read all the forum: get a plan together and then make one thread about all your questions.
Why, I hear you ask: well you already asked in your first thread how to avoid paypal limitations. So it is of relevance to know that using the same IP is recommended for paypal. But if that info is said in another thread, you might miss that.
If everything is spread about, it is too hard to get that working plan together. Trust me, having the info together works well in the end for you to beat ebay/paypal. Beating them is what you want!!:peace:

Soz greenbean. I couldn't find a way to delete the other thread. I got a few q's. I am seeking a U.S. isp that lets me change and manage the ip addresses easily and quickly. I here dial up changes its ip every time you connect, but wouldnt that flag ur paypal account for having multiple ip addresses for one account? Can I get more details on how to change/manage ip addresses on virgin mobile 3g with no contract or any other excellent isp with or w/o contract? And what exactly is a stealth account? Sorry for the stupid question but I couldnt find it when I did a search. I appreciate any help.
