Is it safe to Print Postages Online via paypal or ebay?

Hello Everybody,

I have been thinking about printing my USPS labels online for my packages. It is cheaper than going to the post office.

I would like to know if it is safe to print USPS postage labels using ebay or paypal.

I just wanted to make sure with you guys before i go ahead and do this.
